Juming Museum - 朱銘美術館
Large outdoor sculpture park created by and exhibiting the work of Ju Ming (朱銘), one of Taiwan's most noted sculptors. The mostly open air museum is located on the north coast of Taiwan. The bus ride from Taipei Fine Arts Msueum passes through the scenic Yangming Shan National Park. This trip can be combined with a short trip to Yangming Shan park area or Xiao You Keng.

Lin Liu-Hsin Puppet Theatre Museum - 林柳新紀念偶戲博物館
This buidling houses a centre dedicated to the unique Taiwanese art of puppet theatre, combining both exhbitions and performances.

National Palace Museum - 國立故宮博物院
Home to the largest collection of Chinese artefacts in the world, including ceramics, jade, bronze, paintings and calligraphy. Located next to the entrance are the traditionally styled Zhishan Gardens.

SPOT-Taipei Film House - 台北之家
Catch a movie at SPOT, situated in the historic former residence of the US ambassador in Taiwan. The property was restored and reopened in 2002. The cinema shows independent, non-mainstream and foreign language films. A small cinema focused Eslite bookshop is located inside, as well as a cafe.
